Virtual Training Course Attendance Policy:

To ensure optimal learning outcomes from our virtual training courses, it is essential for trainees to actively participate and attend the sessions regularly. Absences should be limited to situations where a valid excuse exists. Please note that electronic attendance, during virtual classes, is equivalent to physical attendance in traditional settings. It is important to maintain a conducive learning environment, and therefore, the maximum number of trainees allowed in the virtual training hall should not exceed 25.

Virtual Hall Attendance Policy

  • To ensure accurate attendance records for our virtual training courses, we have established the following policies:
  • The coach and supervisor of the virtual hall are responsible for monitoring the entry of trainees and verifying their attendance during lectures.
  • Attendance and absence are registered for trainees on all days of the training program.
  • An E-attendance report is sent to the center’s management at the end of the course.
  • To be eligible for a certificate, trainees must attend at least 75% of the training hours for the registered course.
  • Failure to comply with the attendance requirements for the virtual course may result in the trainee being deprived of obtaining a certificate, and they are not entitled to a refund of fees.
  • If a trainee is absent from the course, they will lose their right to obtain a certificate or request a refund unless they provide an official excuse. The center reserves the right to accept or reject the excuse.
