The complainant is informed of what has been done to resolve the complaint.<\/li>\n<li>Management makes a phone call.<\/li>\n<li>All complaints are regularly reviewed, analyzed, and studied. Opportunities for improvement and development related to them are identified and followed up with the relevant work units by the center&#8217;s management.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2 class=\"font1-emtc\"><b>Suggestions Handling Mechanism:<\/b><\/h2>\n<ol class=\"font5-emtc-\">\n<li>The proposal should be submitted through the available channels and should include the required data and contact numbers.<\/li>\n<li>The proposal is recorded and forwarded to the relevant department.<\/li>\n<li>The proposer will be contacted if additional details of the proposal are needed.<\/li>\n<li>The possibility of implementing the proposal is studied by the concerned department, and it will be implemented if appropriate and aligns with the center&#8217;s
